Understand your plan benefits
Free uploads allow images up to 2MB and audio/video up to 100MiB. Paid audio supports 500MiB. PDF files have a separate 10MiB limit; the PDF tool does not accept every document type. Refer to each tool for supported media formats.
When large-video uploads are available, signed-in paid users can send videos up to 1GiB. Verify the account entitlement and the video tool’s current availability before beginning.
Daily request quotas, per-file limits, storage and credit balance are distinct. A higher file-size limit does not remove daily quotas; refer to the allowance shown in the tool.
The current upload and generation tools do not deduct credits. Buying credits does not unlock Pro or increase upload requests or storage. Choose the qualifying paid plan for its upload entitlement.
Hosting follows the retention policy and service terms. Maintain your own backup of source files; a paid plan does not guarantee permanent storage.
