Information We Collect

Service and technical information

•Request information, including IP address, browser details, and operational or error logs, may be processed for service operation, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
•Uploaded or generated content and file metadata, including type, size, upload time, and file URL, are processed for storage and sharing.
•Signing in and paid features involve account/profile information, sign-in identifiers, orders, payment references, subscriptions, and usage or credit records. Stripe processes payment details.

Usage Analytics

Our first-party analytics stores aggregate event counts in Redis for 90 days. SHA-256 hashes of Stripe billing identifiers are retained for 400 days to prevent duplicate counting. It adds no identity cookie and collects no raw URL, filename, email, IP address, or account ID. It does not measure unique people or seven-day retention; country is recorded as unknown. DNT and GPC disable this first-party collection only. Google Analytics and Plausible scripts are not loaded.

How We Protect Your Data

HTTPS Encryption

File uploads use HTTPS to protect the transfer between the browser and service.

Cloudflare R2 Storage

Uploaded audio, images, documents, videos, and generated files may be stored in Cloudflare R2. Anyone with a public file URL may access the file; do not upload sensitive material.

Accounts and billing

Basic uploads may be available without signing in, but account and paid features require processing profile, authentication, order, and billing-related information. This service is not described as collecting no personal data.

Data Retention

Files: Availability and retention depend on service operation and the applicable terms. Do not assume permanent availability or automatic deletion; keep your own backup.

Account and order records: These records support account features, quotas, and billing. This page does not promise a fixed retention period.

Technical and error logs: Retention depends on the deployed configuration and operational needs. A fixed 30-day or 7-day deletion schedule is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Storage and generation

Cloudflare R2 stores files. Text submitted to text-to-speech or lyrics-generation tools is sent to MiniMax for generation. Generated audio may be stored and shared by public URL. Do not submit confidential or sensitive text.

Sign-in, payments, and advertising

Google OAuth handles sign-in and authorized profile information. Stripe processes payments. Google AdSense may process request, device, and cookie information under its own policies. The DNT/GPC controls for our first-party analytics do not govern advertising or other third-party processing.
