What is included in your plan
Free images are limited to 2MB, and free audio and video to 100MiB. Paid audio allows 500MiB. The PDF tool accepts PDF files up to 10MiB rather than general office documents; each media tool lists its supported formats.
Where the large-video feature is available, signed-in paid users can upload videos up to 1GiB. Confirm your account entitlement and the video tool’s limits before transferring a large file.
Daily request allowances, individual file limits, storage and credit balances are managed separately. A larger upload limit does not remove daily quotas; check the allowance displayed by the tool.
Current upload and generation tools do not spend credits. A credit top-up does not provide Pro access, extra upload requests or storage. Upload benefits come from the eligible paid plan.
File hosting is subject to retention and service terms. Keep a separate backup of your originals; paid access does not guarantee a permanent archive.
